Our property was completely renovated between 2017 and 2018, it is situated on a hillside in a green area, about 25 km from the CINQUE TERRE (The Five-Village-Coast), at the foot of the Lunigiana, with a beautiful view of the valley to the sea, in an exposed area near PORTOVENERE, LERICI and VERSILIA, reachable by beautiful panoramic roads.
The complex has apartments of various sizes, surrounded by a park with citrus and olive trees, a swimming pool with sun terrace, barbecue area, large pergola with tables and chairs to relax. Every detail has been taken care of to revive the original of La Spezia and the Lunigiana.

It is possible to make various excursions to the castles of Lunigiana with their characteristic villages, as well as to the ancient city of Luni, boat trips to the Cinque Terre with traditional visits or guided tours to the cellars where the sublime raisin wine “Sciacchetrà” is produced on the terraced vineyards.
